So, what does LOA mean? Is that permission to travel?

WOW, WOW, WOW, Kathy I was hoping we might be in China together, but we are still waiting for our LID so I guess that's out of the question. I am SO happy for you guys!!!!!

How long did it take you from LID to LOA?
We have a LID of 9/28 so I am just trying to "guestimate" when we will get our LOA.
