It is a great wonder that Maggie was even born considering the options for pregnant woman in China.
It is a great wonder that Maggie was found alive by a police man, just after she was born, on the side of a road.
It is a great wonder that she survived fourteen months in a poor orphanage, confined to a baby bed and silence.
It is a great wonder we were able to complete the mountains of paperwork and red tape to fly half way around the world and enter a Communist country to bring home Maggie.
It is a great wonder that Maggie is doing so amazing just one year after she was first placed in our arms.
Give thanks to the Lord of Lords, to Him who alone does Great Wonders. Psalm 136:3-4

Oh Kathy, This post is beautiful. I read it and just cried tears of joy and happiness. Yes, God is amazing and I thank Him everyday for His awesome wonders!!!! Maggie is soooo precious and I love her soooo much. She is just thriving and blooming. What an awesome little girl. I love reading your blog :=) Hope our girls can play sometime soon :=)

A Great Wonder Indeed! I'd add--a Great Wonder that your beautiful family opened your hearts unconditionally to bring her home to your precious family. Something that I know seems like a breeze and no brainer to you. However, as I learn more and more--it is a very special thing--very, very special indeed.
A dear, precious, lovely, fun, growing wonder! How blessed are you all and how blessed is she to be with you. God does place the lonely in families!
