Something very special has happened.
Maggie gets so excited when she is in the car and we are entering our neighborhood. She starts laughing, squealing, and kicking her legs. Cause she knows she is getting close to home. Her home.
The wonderful, cozy, warm place where she knows she is loved . When we open the door to the kitchen, she goes to the living room and starts running around with a big smile on her face. She knows...

What a great post! It is so amazing watching the Father heal their little hearts and bind them to their family. I am in awe everyday as I look at our Abigail and see what He has done...what only He could do.
What a sweet post! Adorable pictures! I agree with Maggie -- there is no place like home!
Oh how precious!!
I love this post! And that second picture is seriously priceless--the look on her face stops you in your tracks!
Izabella does something similar. She starts asking as we approach our house, "Where's that Izabella's house?" Then get to it she says, "there it is Mommy, there it is!" And every night her only prayer is "God, Thank-you for home."
It's amazing the beautiful way they love life! Maggie is so precious! Truly.
Wow! That happy face brings joy to my heart!
Oh my gosh! What a wonderful post. And what a wonderful feeling - she's HOME. This one made me tear up... Beautiful.
Thanks for reading - those last several posts were long and I'm sure no one else has the same VOLUME of thoughts over one simple subject like I do. I wore The Boss out, talking about it and thinking about it :) But all the factors and thoughts and concerns seem to have found a resting place in a lot of minds and hearts - I've been getting lots of comments...
Thanks for continuing to come by, also :) I got your note and I will connect - it's been a busy week here and we're trying to keep our heads on straight till it settles :)
Congrats on your beautiful little girl!
I was wondering if you'd be interested in sending me a quilt square. We are in the process of adopting Ally from China and need 48 more squares to start her quilt. I can also send you one if you would like!
