These two dresses are my newest creations. The pattern is from here I modified it a little and I love them.
I hosted a sewing party the last two Sunday nights. Five wonderful and talented ladies came over and we all cut, pinned and sewed together. I showed them how to make the reversible jumper dress for their little ones. Also, we were all blessed by my newest best friend Ashley. She showed us how to make these adorable hair bows. I never thought I would be making bows for my little girls hair !
And lastly, Maggie's room is slowly coming along.
I am sure it will start to fill up with toys and baby dolls soon !
A lot can happen in six weeks

I wish I lived closer so I could learn how to make dresses and hair bows. I know Lulu is 8 but she still loves the girly girl stuff like that. Not to mention the fun of being in the company with a bunch of ladies making cute stuff.
Have a wonderful week!
Love the room! It is really adorable I love the banner valance! Great idea.
Wish I had sewn for my girl. She is now 10 though. She on occasion still wears bows but they are usually the smaller ones.
Blessings,
Jody
Oh Kathy, I love the dresses, especially the one with the big flowers on it. I also liked Chuck's design. I am a little disappointed that I didn't get to get in on the painting. Don't worry though I'll be putting my imprint on Maggie and her environment as much as possible in many other ways. =} Luv ya much.
LOVE the pink and blue together!!!
Congrats on your new daughter. She is just stunning!
